On the other hand, I would have liked a table and chairs to eat outside on the terrace. Also, the road is very busy during the day, quite noisy, but very quiet at night (and we were not there much during the day...). »

« Logement idéalement situé à 50 mètres de la très belle plage de la ruppione cependant entre la plage et le logement il y a une route très fréquentée où passent du matin au soir voitures, motos, camions et quad … c’est donc très bruyant en journée. La nuit c’est en revanche calme. Beaucoup de choses à revoir pour mettre les n valeur ce logement. La cuisine dans son intégralité et notamment vaisselle / couverts / verres. L’électroménager est également plus que basique. Fonctionnel si on n’est pas délicat mais vétuste. La propreté de la cuisine laissait à désirer. Logement avec du potentiel mais qui mériterait beaucoup d’attentions pour rendre le séjour agréable et justifier le prix de la location »
« Accommodation ideally located 50 metres from the very beautiful Ruppione beach; however, between the beach and the accommodation there is a very busy road with cars, motorbikes, lorries and quads from morning to night... so it is very noisy during the day. At night, on the other hand, it is quiet. A lot needs improving to make the most of this accommodation: the whole kitchen, especially crockery / cutlery / glasses. The appliances are also more than basic. Functional if you are not fussy, but dated. The cleanliness of the kitchen left something to be desired. Accommodation with potential, but it would need a lot of attention to make the stay pleasant and justify the rental price. »

L’appartement était très propre
En revanche nous avons regrette de découvrir à l’arrivée que la route qui sépare l’appartement de la plage est extrêmement passante (route principale menant aux plus belles plages). Au moment de la réservation j’avais expressément demandé si cette route était très fréquentée….
De ce fait la terrasse de l’appartement qui a une très belle vue sur la plage est très bruyante.
Par ailleurs une seule chambre sur les 3 est climatisée. Du coup pour climatiser les autres chambres, la Clim doit etre mise en permanence avec les portes ouvertes de toutes les chambres
Le prix est excessif au regard des prestations. Nous avons donc des notre arrivée décidé de quitter le logement et avons trouve pour le même prix une villa avec piscine en bord de mer
Nous avons apprécié la réactivité d’airbnb qui nous a remboursé les nuitées non utilisées sans difficultés
L’agence a aussi été très coopérative. »

The apartment was very clean.
However, we were sorry to discover on arrival that the road separating the apartment from the beach is extremely busy (the main road leading to the most beautiful beaches). When booking, I had specifically asked whether this road was very busy...
As a result, the apartment's terrace, which has a very beautiful view of the beach, is very noisy.
Also, only one of the 3 bedrooms has air conditioning. So to cool the other bedrooms, the air conditioning has to run constantly with all the bedroom doors open.
The price is excessive for what is offered. So on arrival we decided to leave the accommodation and found, for the same price, a seafront villa with a pool.
We appreciated Airbnb's responsiveness: they refunded the unused nights without any difficulty.
The agency was also very cooperative. »
