Check-in is self-service with a key box. Full instructions are sent to you before you arrive. Arrival from 3 pm for Vermentinu, Codicerta and Brustianu (departure by 11 am), from 4 pm for Aleatico, Muresconu, Niellucciu and Sciaccarellu (departure by 10 am).

No, pets are not allowed in the apartments at Villa Iché-Poggi.
The apartments are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed on the terraces and balconies.
Bed linen and towels are available as a paid option, €20 per person for the stay. Mention it when booking so that everything is ready when you arrive.
The deposit is only taken as a card pre-authorisation via Stripe — nothing is charged unless damage is found. Amounts: €250 for Vermentinu, Codicerta, Brustianu, Aleatico and Muresconu, and €300 for Niellucciu and Sciaccarellu, released 4 days after departure.
We accept bank transfer and secure online payment via Stripe. Details are given when your booking is confirmed.
Yes. The residence has 2 built-in barbecues free for all guests to use — perfect for evenings outdoors after a day on the beach.
Yes, a baby cot is available on request when booking. Just mention it in your message or in the Lodgify booking notes.
Stays start from 3 nights depending on the season, with a longer minimum in summer (up to 7 nights in July and August). The booking module shows the exact minimum for your dates.
