Villa Iché-Poggi stands at Ruppione, just across the road that runs along the beach. From the terraces, the Bay of Ajaccio appears between the pines, the rooftops and the shimmering sea.
In the morning, you stroll down to the sand with a towel over your shoulder. At lunchtime, you come back up to eat in the cool. In the evening, the beach bar and the sea are still right there — no need to take the car.

Villa Iché-Poggi is open from spring to autumn. While July and August remain the most popular months, it is often the off-peak stays that leave the best memories.
The maquis is in bloom. Pink rockrose, immortelle and sea lavender cover the hills down to the sea. The beaches are almost deserted — Ruppione, Mare e Sole, Isolella — with water already clear but still cool. Walks are pleasant in the morning, terraces warm from midday. For short stays from 3 nights, it is the ideal season.
The Vermentinu, Codicerta and Brustianu apartments are perfect for a long weekend or a spring week away.
The sea keeps the warmth of summer. The beaches are calm again. Ajaccio can be explored without the crowds, the beach bars still serve their sharing boards, and the evening light over the Sanguinaires is unmatched. It is also the season for excursions: Corte, the Coti-Chiavari reservoir, the coastal path from the Sanguinaires to Capo di Feno.
